Dear All,
I am working with a viscometer where angle is indicated in addition to spindle number and rotational speed. What is that angle ??? What should be the value of angle while measuring the sample’s viscosity ???

Hi, I have the same model. Angle should read between 20% and 85%. If not within that range, you will need to adjust the rpm. If adjusting the rpm doesn’t fix the angle, change the spindle size too.

What about the black dot on the topside for alignment??? Should it be in the middle always during the measurement of viscosity ???
