    Vitamin A Palmitate (1.7) Liquid-can we use or advisable to use as retinol in cosmetics?

    Hello,

    I believe it can. However you need to check regulatory limits. 
    If I remember correctly, in EU it’s 0.05% for body products and 0.1% (or 0.3%) for hands, face and rinse off products. 
    Talking about Retinol, Retinyl Acetate abd Retinyl Palmitate.

    I am checking regulatory norms. & stability of this product too.
    I think this form comes in tween 80 base.

    Yes, you can.  If you are referring to the BASF product, it is in a base of Sunflower Seed Oil.
