    here is my formulation

    water phase

    aqua-3.675g
    xanthan gum-0.015g
    propylene glycol- 0.15g
    etidronic acid- 0.005g
    sodium sulfite- 0.02g
    ascorbic acid-0.05g
    SLS- 0.016g

    oil phase

    cetearyl alcohol- 0.3 g
    octyldodecanol-0.1g
    stearic acid- 0.0816g
    palmitic acid- 0.0784g

    i tried to formulate without the dye part. the emulsion is little viscous. how to reduce the viscosity???

    also i tried adding glycerine. but the emulsion is destabilized after one week of storage.
