  Hydroxyacetophenone antioxidant spectrum

  Hydroxyacetophenone is claimed to have antioxidant activity. As it is cheaper that tocopherol, it would be very good because it also boost preservative.

  My question are,
  1. is its antioxidant activity for protecting the Product it self or the skin or both?

  2. At what percentage use level minimum would it have antioxidant activity?

  3. How is its antioxidant activity compared to tocopherol?
