hello, i’m making a clay hand mask. I want to use cetearyl alcohol and glycerol stearate as emulsifier and 20-30% clay. My goal is to achieve a sticky, solid structure (kind of like a playdough). I am not sure how much oil phase and how much emulsifier to use

Forget the emulsifiers and just make a rheological suspension with Veegum (Mg-Al-silicate) , xanthan, at least one surfactant mid-HLB (8 - 12) and a whole lot of kaolin clay to bulk it up to Play-Dough consistency. Now, how to package this monster mash?
