  Ammonium Lactate vs Lactic Acid

  I am planning on lactic acid lotion with ph 3.8-4
  And I see many brands use Ammonium Lactate.
  I have lactic acid in my inventory.

  Is there any specific reason Ammonium lactate is favoured over using lactic acid?

  I did a quick google search and found your answer. Try it next time.
  Ammonium Lactate is significantly more effective than Lactic acid. Ammonium lactate is better moisturizer.
