  Is Urea is correct ingredients to use in my formulation

  Hi all. 
  One of formulator told me to use Urea 0.5% to bring ultra transparency and shining in transparent Hand wash. Also he claim this will also improve moisturising. 
  Is it true that Urea will bring transparency, shines and moisturising effect in transparentHand wash ?…

  Need my all forum friends opinion about it.

  Negative. Urea does none of those things.
