Scaling up production
I’m scaling up production in skincare formulation. From body care products, to perfume blends.
I would love to know what you make and how you manage your production scale up?
Blending essential oils by grams, or via drops by drops or by per 100g, 1kg is completely different.
Similarly creating base cream in 100g, 500g or 5kg can be vastly different.
What do you make and how do you manage production scale up and avoid costly mistakes? I know my questions may sound generic but I hope someone can share your scale up production issues and how you manage them?
