  Liquid Dishwasing Soap

  Hi, I’m wondering what makes a good dishwashing soap that easily clean super greasy dishes ?

  For example baking items that is buttery after use. 
  Often we need to rewash it to make it squeaky clean.
  So in order to easily clean those items, what type of surfactant is recommended?   

  Does foam and viscocity has any effect or its just for sensory ? 

  And sometimes when we wash dishes too much, it will dry our hands.
  Does the type of surfactant plays a role in it (for example anionic will dry your hand more than amphoteric surfactant) ? 
  What can we do to combat the drying effect of surfactant ? What ingredients should we put in the liquid soap ?

  Hi! To have a better insight, I’d advise you to get a couple of books which helped me a lot understand these type of products: “Liquid detergents” and “Handbook of detergents part formulation”. You can download them in many servers like genesis library. 

  Those are awesome reads, and they will help you with those questions.
