  Hello all! I’m in search of a supplier to purchase natural ingredients for my formula example….polyquaternium-4/ hydroxypropyl starch copolymer. Is that or something similar to it available for me to purchase or not? Thanks for your time

  You can find suppliers of Polyquaternium-4 here.

  Though I’m not sure Polyquaternium 4 would qualify as “natural.”
