  Finding Chemical Sources for Test Formulas

  I’ve noticed makingcosmetics seems like a common source for making cosmetics (no pun intended). One product they only carry in 40lb increments is Oleth-5, which I need to test for my formula. Where could be a place where I could get lower increments of Oleth-5 without breaking the bank?

  Ask the supplier if you can get a sample.
