  Substitute for PPG-12/SMDI Copolymer

  Hi all!
  We have some formulas containing 1% of this ingredients but we are not able to get it in Australia. I believe is used as film forming agent. Final Products are skin care (day, night, eye cream).
  Any recommendations for another ingredient with same function?
