  Peg 29 castor oil question

  Hello, I cannot find much info on Peg 29 castor oil but have seen it many times in hair styling products, is there a big difference in functionality compared to PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil when used in hair styling products, is it worth basically tracking down?
