Acrylates Copolymer in Surfactant System
Good afternoon,
I am having some trouble getting clarity for my degreasing dish soap formula. Below are the inclusion levels:
Water -52.9%
TetraNa EDTA - 0.5%
Alcohol Denat - 6%
Acrylates Copolymer (worleeaqua thix 150) (added 50% NaOH to neutralize)
SLS - 5.25%
SLES - 5.25% (in % active)
LO - 2.5% (in % active)
Propylene Glycol - 2%
Peg-7 glyceryl cocoate - 0.25%
methylisothiazolinone - 0.1%
NaCl - 0.5%Is there an issue with the alcohol, or does anyone have any ideas? I am also getting rapid crystalization when put in the freezer, which does not occur with the benchmark (Dawn).
Input and constructive criticism welcome!
