I have already printed set of labels with a missing ingredient on the IL by mistake, under what circumstances I can use them? I heard that it can be used in 6 months or until run out of labels whichever occurs first, but I wasn’t able to find any regulations.  Has anyone come across with a similar situation?

If the ingredient is missing on the IL, and it’s actually in the product, the product is considered misbranded. Under no circumstances should you use the labels. Ingredient labels are for the purpose of safety and disclosure to the consumer.

Thank you, I called FDA and they told me the same thing.
FDA confirmed they are usable only if put the corrected IL sticker on top of it.
