Need help with formula again
Ok, I am almost done with the formula. Managed to make it elegant, thick and stable but I seem to have another problem now. I add 2% of VC-IP (ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate) . When I am done, I control pH to 4.5-4.7. The colour of the emulsion is white. Two days later it becomes red. Why is this happening? How can I avoid it. Surely its due to the addition of VC-IP as without it (tried that already) I do not have red emulsion two days after. Thanx
