    Hello everyone,

I am facing issues with my lotions and cream that starts forming water droplets in the sides of bottle. This is definitely not due to hot pouring and capocap. I leave it to cool and cap the next day . But water droplets seems to develop after few days. I’ve tried glass and plastic both same result. I live in India, it’s hot & humid. Could heat be a reason? How to prevent this. How does commercial creams don’t have this problem
    Any advice would be great.
    Thanks in advance

is the cap wadded, and if so, is the wad water-absorbent and breathable?
non-absorbent wads can cause terrible problems with condensation, even in temperate climates

are you in an environment that changes dramatically in temperature? or maybe there is something wrong with the emulsification?

I do not think that hot and humid cause the problem.
    i think emulsifier
    try seppiplus 400 or
add xanthan gum and cetyl alcohol

the good of benefits for using Sepiplus 400 is that it is freedoms emulsifier.
