I still confuse how calculate active sulfactan

    Witch one is the right?

For 1 kg formula.. use texapon np70 and use 100 gram of texapon
    1. 100 x 70% = 70 - - - - > 70 /1000% = active sulfactan 7% or
    2. 100x 0.27 (asm texapon is 27%) = active sulfactan 27%

    Thanks

@Eruio  you must ask your supplier if the SLES 27% active or 70% .

Use this to calculate active matter. Agree with Fekher, you should confirm SLES concentration.

    I look at the specification
    Actual Matter (%) 70.
    Inc name = SLS

The one that make me confuse is
    1. From http://www.humblebeeandme/surfactans
    Said 29%
    2. From http://www.itsallinmyhands.com
    Said how to calculate asm
From the formula using sls is 29% =
     wt x active - - - > if i decide use 100gr - - > 100gr x 0.29 = 29
    3. But in one of blog in my country said to calculate the formula is
    (Wt x active %) /1000% (1000gr) =70

Lets we use same active number
    From web = 100 x 0.29 = 29 asm
    From blog = (100 x 29%) / 1000% = 2.9 total active surfactan

    Which one the correct formula?

And i got jurnal formula in bangladesh
The use total surfactan 56gr /1000 gr
    If we use callculation from
    1. From Web they use 16.24% but if
    2. From blog they use only 1.624% surfactan

@Eruio active surfactant=( % level of use in formulation * active concentration of  surfactant) / 100.
So if you use 10 % SLS with 70% concentration
    surfactant active = (10 * 70) / 100 = (10 * 70 ) /  100 = 7%
