  • NEED HELP FORMULATIONS AND MANUFACTURERS LIQUID CHALK

Posted by Anonymous on September 23, 2018 at 4:47 am

    Hello everyone!
My partner and I are needing help/advice on formulas.
We make liquid chalk for lifting weights, rock climbing, powerlifting. A little different than the cosmetic world.
    Our formula we use is
    40oz 70% Isopropyl Alcohol
    40oz 91% Isopropyl Alcohol
    1lb of Magnesium Carbonate (Chalk)
    and Fragrance.

Now the question is what type of thickener would work best mixed with Isopropyl Alcohol? and if mixing water in the mix would help with shelf life or help with not drying out the product?

Also for manufactures as well if anyone has had experience in this field we would like to discuss further about small batch production for the demand we now have in our field!

    Thank you!
