  Facial Hair Bleach Cream Jolen type

  Hello friends, need someone to supply a stable formula or help formulate Facial Hair Bleach Cream Jolen type . It is a 2 part formula, powder/activator sodium bicarbonate and hydrogen per oxide cream base.

  Creme Ingredients: Aqua (Water), Glyceryl Stearate, Propylene Glycol,
  Hydrogen Peroxide, Aloe Vera Gel, Stearyl Stearate, Isopropyl Myristate,
  Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine, Phosphoric Acid.
  Accelerator Powder:
  Ammonium Bicarbonate.
