  Oil soluble film former for long lasting lip balm?

  I’m looking to make a lip balm for myself, simply combining pomegranate sterols with a high cps silicone and a long lasting/hard wearing film former.

  Any idea what could work? Ideally easily available, but ordering from suppliers is also an option.
