  Submitting samples to Cosmetic Labs

  Hi, I’m new and I’d like to have info about  Cosmetics labs where I can send them lipstick samples to do a microbiological test and all others tests needed. 
  Also I’d like to know how many times do I need to submit samples to the labs?
  For every batch I make? or just one time as long as I don’t change the formula?
