  hey ;
  are there anyone know the formula of anti-fog solution
  and how it work chemically ?

  You mean for windscreens? Probably a surfactant.

  It is a glass cleaner basically with a very little amount of surfactant (an APG since no residue should remain on glass surface), even a smaller amount of water soluble ethoxylated silicone, an anti-foam (again extremely low dosage), an evaporating solvent like Dowanol PnB, preservative, fragrance, water (the vehicle).
