    I think you need to consult a local expert and provide a sample. For instance, what is the nature of the colour? Is it a suspended solid (pigment) that might be filtered out, or is it a dye? You could try exposing it to ultra violet light (sunlight) since many dyes fade rapidly in sunlight, especially natural colours.

    Any oxidizer will change your formula and ruin or change significantly your product. Maybe an UV lamp?. There are other methods, but I doubt you want to add bacteria in your soap :P

    You could try mixing and heating with activated carbon and then filtering.

    Yeah. Activated Carbon should do the thing.
