    Hello,

I recently was experimenting with salty water based natural lotion (not production). Was looking for formulas but could not find anything.
If I simplify and say I have
    salty water 75%
    emulsifier like ritamulse 8%
    any base oil 17%
In which direction should I move and what should I use to be able to mix salty water with oil?

Im a beginner and only learning and experimenting, so Im sorry if I ask a strange question.

Salty water as in water from the sea? Or Distilled water + salt?

What is the absolute reason you need to use “salty water?” Keep in mind that many emulsifiers are unstable with levels of salts and it could be a source of instability.
