There seems to be an excess of CDEA relative to the amount of active surfactant.
Reduce/omit the amide and perhaps include SLES as foam booster/thickener.
-
Thanks
good point but i had tried with 18 ml amide same result could you please specify the amount of amide. Thanks
-
I would not use this material in a dishwash liquid. In fact, in view of the adverse health warnings there are about it, I wouldn’t use it in any product.
-
Thanks
i am searching on google and other website CDEA is common ingredient in Dis wash liquid. could you please suggest any substitute of Amide in dish wash.
Thanks -
I appreciate that CDEA is common in dishwash liquids. The amount you are using seems to me to be excessive for the amount of active detergent matter you have in your formulation - even your reduced amount of CDEA.
CDEA also varies in quality - some grades contain a large excess of free diethanolamine which can have a profound effect on the solubility in, and clarity of, the final product.
I have already suggested SLES as a partial or complete alternative. There are also betaine detergents and amine oxides and numerous others which could be useful.

How about a betaine or amine oxide, pretty common in dish wash liquids. Omit the amide altogether.

Already suggested.

hi i have got the transparent DW liquid but i am not getting thickness i had added the salt but not got thickness is there any thinking agent for dwl.
-
You have not revealed your latest formula so we are unable to comment or make suggestions how to thicken.

First i mix LABSA in to water and mix NaOh after that EDTA, SLES last SC this is my formula but i ma not getting thickness

Quantities of each? Do you check for neutrality of the mix after adding the NaOH? An excess (or deficiency) of NaOH can influence the viscosity of the resultant mix.
-
860 gm Water
94 gm LABSA
12.5 NaOH
50 gm SLES
1 gm EDTA
2 gm Sodium chloride
and maintain ph 7 -8 when i neutralize the labsa.

The active detergent matter is very low and it is doubtful that you will achieve a viscosity matching a reasonable quality dishwashing detergent.
I feel it would be worthwhile you re-examining the whole concept of this product.

visite following video this will help.

10 grammes of CDEA is more then enough.
lower the salt and edta is too high.
add edta add the end. -
Add 1-2% CDEA in d formula rhen see if you get some Viscosity..The water content in your formula is quite high hence why there is no use of Preservatives ?
