  Water based nail polish

  Hello - looking for a private label manufacturer that offers water based nail polish? Does anyone know a vendor that offers these services? I have struck out with my google searches.

  I have never heard of a water based nail polish that has more than a very temporary effect and I can see big reasons why it would not be a practical concept.
