  Stuck - need referral regarding color cosmetic forumation

  Hello everyone,
  This is my first time posting here. 
  I am looking for a cosmetic chemist who specializes in color cosmetics to create a formula for a liquid lipstick for me. Most labs I have contacted have not been communicative/responsive after the first few conversations. I feel stuck after months of searching, I also referenced the forum here regarding Formulation services and called everyone who seemed viable. 
  Is there a lab you can recommend or a person here who would be willing to take on this project? Is there anything I am doing wrong? Must have experience developing color cosmetics and maybe have a preexisting formula that can be used/tweaked. I will also need this formula manufactured and filled into my containers, but that is another topic.

  Also, please note, I have always agreed to their pricing, MOQs and etc but it seems like no one wants my money!! I am just confused and feel that I would benefit from any advise given. Thank you.

  I’m also possibly taking this route but I’ve not come across any local labs based in the London,UK area online yet, so just starting my research  @luisafanzani @Zhaya
