  Highlighter compacts

  Hello, I’m planning on making highlighters soon for my cosmetics business and I was wondering if anyone knows of any websites where I can get a small bulk (of like 100) 37mm highlighter compacts that won’t be too expensive? Every site I’ve been on requires you to buy a minimum of 1,000+ and I really don’t need that many.. any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  Could you recommend some of the sites that are for home crafters? I honestly didn’t even think about checking those.
