Looking to start a brand and need formulation services

Thanks to the admins for letting me be part of this wonderful group .
I’m a producer of african vegetable oils and butters . I produce oils like baobab , moringa , souchet , balanite , marula etc . I also produce the best quality shea butter and do offer cocoa butter and other oils and butters through partners across Africa .
I came up to the idea of creating a skincare brand for babies and toddlers and also a men skincare line . I then started searching infos and came up with one online school for formulation that i recently started and only did a little part so far as i’m super busy with my company .
I would love to get the help of a formulator that would work with my ideas in order to elaborate these finished products . The products i wanna formulate is mainly for the african market so for black skin mainly .
At some point i would start selling them in the US market too as my business is on both lands Africa and America . I need help with formulation using the raw materials i make and i want the most natural products possible , i will need help with the whole concept , as far as branding goes i only have a logo and looking into creating a nice website .
I’m a bit confused or lost and truly need the help of an expert .

There is a section on here where you will find many chemists who can work with you to develop formulas.
