  Spray hair conditioner

  I want to make a spray hair conditioner, Is a knock off a cosmetic formula, the ingredients are cyclotetrasiloxane, cyclopentasiloxane, C12-C15 alquil benzoate, phenyl trimeticone, benzil salicylate, coconut oil and water, I want to know where can I get information about guide formula for making it.

  Further to what Belassi said (and to save you some timewasting) I’m doubtful that the formula given is complete. There is no emulsifier listed and this important in a product with silicones and water.

  Note that benzyl salicylate is part of the perfume and performs no active function in a hair spray.
