  how to formulate a body wash wipes for babies

  This is something I want to formulate but don’t know how to go about it and which chemical will be compactable considering the tender skin of babies.
  I need ideas on this please

  Not sure of specifics though there are almost readymade solutions where you just need to add fragrance and preservative. Generally they are a blend of mild surfactants and emollients and one blend that I have used is from Dow Corning called CE0101 Wipes lotion. Another one is Beautyderm WW.
