    I tried posting the formula with % but it’s telling me that the I’m over my characters

    Copy it into Word, then save it as a plain text document, then try to cut and paste again.

    There are no glaring errors that I can see, but…how are you getting the SCI into solution?

    Is this supposed to be a clear product or a pearlescent one?

    My guess would be the SCI. The solubility of it is temperature dependent and when you cool it down it can become opaque and if your viscosity is not very high it will separate.

    Maybe try Sodium Lauroyl Methyl Isethionate instead if you want a clear shampoo.

    Phase A is (1st 5 ingredients) heat to 70-73C then add to the 6th ingredient. The following 9 get mixed and added to phase a and b and let cool to 45-48C. Then add the next 3 ( 1 at a time). Do you think it’s in the procedure? Suggestions.

    Yes it is clear, and the Ingredient Deck has to remain as is, it’s a reverse engineer
