Does anyone know of a technology, research and commercialization lab that works with hair care?

Has anyone worked with a technology/commercialization lab when making a hair care line? I’m looking for a manufacturer who is willing to work with technology to put together a brand. I’m based out of Canada/U.S. Thanks.

Hi. Where exactly are you located? I’m from SE Asia, and a lot of manufacturing companies do hair care products here.
