  Re-using amber glass jars & their lids

  If one were to do stability tests in amber glass jars (what the cream will be sold in), AND the cream does NOT touch the lid & foam liner, can the lid be re-used after the testing is complete? Of course, these lids & jars would be washed, then either put into disinfecting cleaning solution or  spritzed with denatured alcohol before being re-filled at a later date.
