Market Research Project
Hi there! I am doing a market research project at University of Colorado Boulder on Urban Decay and Lush. I need to interview some people who are associated with those companies and/or who are familiar with the natural way of formulating as well as with products that are cruelty-free. Belassi. Are they full of it? I have never used their products nor do I know a lot about them. My professor thought it would be a good company for me to research.

I have some experience in natural products development if I could be of any help. The issue is that don’t work in US so I don’t know much about US laws for naturals.

Dixie, Lush is a company that has been enormously successful and if I could ever do as well I would be delighted. However… it’s all based on clever marketing. I encourage you to dig deeper and find out exactly what’s in their products.

Belassi, after digging deeper, I was shocked! They have what are called “safe synthetics” but they are literally just commonly used synthetics! Most of those ingredients are on the banned list at Whole Foods! I told my professor last night in my presentation and he was disappointed. Clever marketing though!
