  • Production of facial scrub

I have been using coffee, sugar, salt mix in the production of home made facial scrub. I wish to go into commercial production. Will these items still be relevant?. If not, what are the other available options. Thanks.

All of these things are available commercialy, so it shouldn’t be a problem. Using the coffee may require closer attention to preservative levels, though.

There is some evidence that caffeine causes apoptosis (cell death) of skin cells that are damaged and tending towards cancerous. This is a good thing. Caffeine is also used in shampoo as a scalp stimulant.

It’s impossible to predict something like this. You will just have to proceed one step at a time.
