Liquid To Matte Lipstick Base - Formulations For Private Label Purchase
I am developing 3 proprietary bases for Liquid To Matte Lipsticks. These are Silicone-based products, two of which are free of Castor Oil and one that does include Castor Oil. The bases are designed primarily for use with Magnesium Myristate Treated Iron Oxides, Matte Kaolin and/or Herbal Enhanced surface treated colorants.
I am offering these bases for sale on a Private Label basis.If you are interested in a Custom Formulated base, I can tweak these formulations to accommodate some degree of customization. -
