How do you deliver your products?
Fellas, need your two cents here. Currently taking up my MBA, and one professor of Operations management asked our class to research on how other countries do their delivery system. Can you please help me answer this:
What are the unique ways your supply chain/ logistics department deliver your finished goods to your customer?Thank you! -

Many lines are using outside distribution/fulfillment services. Amazon has really taken off in this area in the last year or so.

We use a local paqueteria service to deliver next day in our metropolitan area, which has a population of around 5 million. The service offers COD which many customers prefer.

In addition to COD we have the luxury of returning within a week or so and either cash back or choose something else. I mean total control to the customer (so it seems).
