  Do some essential oils cause creams/lotions to thicken MORE than others?

  Keeping all things the same, and only varying the essential oil:

   Has anyone noticed that some essential oils cause a cream/lotion to thicken more than others? 

   If you have noticed this, which ones caused more thickening?

  I’ve seen it more as some fragrance oils reduce viscosity more than others, but I haven’t kept records on it - there are too many variables.
