My wife was given this product that costs about USD15 equivalent. It’s 30 capsules of 0.5g each in a jar in a fancy box.

Product announces itself as an anti-photo-aging and anti-wrinkle oil.

    Reading the LOI:-
    Sunflower oil
    Evening Primrose oil
    Vitamin E
    Lemongrass essential oil
    butylhydroxytoluene
    butylhydroxyanisol
It’s a made-in-Mexico product for the chain Farmacia Similar.

A good concoction of Omega oils (EPO and to some extent sunflower oil) and anti-oxidants to minimize the oxidation of highly unsaturated oils (EOP and sunflower oil both). As for the claims I suppose ‘you don’t need a mirror to see the ornaments on your hand’.

this seems like a not very elaborate product, and I think there are other more nutritious oils for anti-aging products - such as argan, apricot kernel, rosa rubiginosa, punica granatum, almond, grapeseed oil… i think sunflower oil is here mostly because it’s pretty cheap. also, it doesn’t state which form of vitamin E. i’m not an expert but i’ve read that only d-alpha-tocopherol is absorbed and accumulated in the human body. also, i have no idea why put lemongrass eo except for the smell, a better choice in my opinion would be carrot seed eo

I tried it. The effect was like putting any other oil on my skin. Five hours later I still had the horrible oily film there. I hate products like this. I do agree with your comments!
