Here is a picture. I hope you can see the deformation, but I have to put white boxes to hide the brand. I saw the same distortion in samples of silicones in HDPE bottles, which we have in the lab. I think it is something with the pressure in and outside the bottles.

Recently I have made a foaming bath oil with Tego Sulfosuccinate DO75 (Diethylhexyl Sodium Sulfosuccinate). You can use MIPA Laureth Sulfate too.

Recently I have formulated very good sulfate free shampoo with Ceteareth-60 Myristyl Glycol (Elfacos GT 282S from Nouryon) as thickener. I also found Antil 141 Liquid very nice thickener for this type of products, but it requires a little bit more percentage than elfacos, while the price is almost the same in my country.

I use standard plates and I think the amount is 2 mg/cm2. I use the same amount of product when I test for example cream with SPF30 and cream with SPF50. I reach the software provider, but he was so incapable of helping me, talking only about general things, without saying nothing about my questions. I think the software only gives me information about the distribution of filters in the emulsion and these values 99.0/99.0 for (SPF and UVAPF) show me that all of the filters are very well distributed throughout the emulsion and they gave me nothing about the real SPF. Maybe I should rewrite my questions and ask for someone, who has experience with the software, I am using.
