I am trying to develop the floor cleaner.

need expert suggestions on it if any improvement scope available .

DM Water : 88%

EDTA : 0.05

SLES : 5.5

CDEA : 1.5

Ammonia 25 % : 0.5 %

Formaldehyde : 0.15 %

Noah : 0.01 %

Ammonium Chloride : 1%

Pine Oil : 0.4 %

Fragrance : 0.5 %

My Questing is do i nee to add solubilizer or PEG-40 Hydrogenated castor oil in my formulation. should i use IPA 70% use in this formulation instead of PEG-40 or polysorbate 80 & 20.
