Regarding propylene glycol, is the concentration too much, so that it affects the Na-cmc which does not want to be distributed/dispersed when the ingredients are mixed (small lumps, separate)?

Thank you for the advice. I want to ask again. If I save/retain these ingredients in the formulation, are there any other suggestions for changing the concentration of the ingredients to balance and approximate the shampoo dosage form? The reason is, all these ingredients were entrusted to me to test whether they could be used to make shampoo formulations by someone
