i need really your help….would you please help to find any valuable information about crystal granulated salt for dishwasher.
1- how salt is extracted from ground ?
2- whats the grade of the salt?
3- is the salt transformed for to be suitable for dishwasher machines,
4- who is selling the cheapest salt? -
10 grammes of CDEA is more then enough.
lower the salt and edta is too high.
add edta add the end. -
hi all,
do you need a solubilize agent when you need to add high fragrance levels?
-
I think we always need to start by basics for to excell in big things.
-
John, i did not hijdacked the subject
Ï just frenshen it up hhhhh -
johnb, you are right about using DDBS or concentrates dishwashing detergents.
but the cost will be high and the final product price will not be competitive.
-
OK. Thanks guys
. I was asking to neutralise either alkylbenzene sulphonic acid and oleic acid as I am living in country where the finished preneutralized materials are not common stuffs here. For a such raw materials need to be imported with big quantities. This where my enquiry. Thx guys anyway
-
Johnb,
that’s mean that I can not do it!!!!? -
Thank you guys for your valuable experiences. Is it possible to mix oliec acid and alkylbenzene sulphonic acid INSITU with KOH and how?
This might be dangerous and required safety procedures. But FYI the volumes used are low.
Thx
-
DRBOB@VERDIENT.BIZ, do you mean that i need to mix sulphonic acid to oleic acid FIRST. then add it to the base (potash).
the naoh will give hard soap right?!
nb: i do not have turkey red oil.thank you

i do understand gays for the difference between the 2 products.
but as the market that i am targeting is requesting cheap, consistence, smelly products.
no body care about green products even they do not like it…. -
the natrosol is cheap. and the average dosage is so low to affect the cost i guess
-
yes i have noted that thread is old one.
but i was thinking about using Natrosol….
i am wandering if we use Natrosol , then we do not need salt to achieve optimum viscosity? -
are you adding natrosol at the end or at the beginning?
-
chemicalmatt, i am willing to use this RM about 3% only.
do you think that is gonna be effective?
is it compatible with ethoxylated fatty alcohol and sles? -
sure the oxalic acid is used as wood bleach….but the oxalic can give a shine effect on marble and hard surfaces in general.
can you please advice any alternative for oxalic acid. that can give a shine effect…..? -
the product will be rince aid liquid for auto dishwash.
-
anyone can advice…?
