i saw acid citric ingredient in lifebuoy product, i thought it can be used as an neutrilizer in right amount

it took 1 hour, and the pH before adding surfactan was 11, temperture was 15oC. I attempt to neutralise the soap after all by acid citric. Is is a right order?
