    @ngarayeva001  thank you so much! I’ll register the website and learn more. As my 2 problems now are I don’t want to put too much surfactants in the formula because it is for facial (want to make it mild) but at the same time if not enough sufactant or powder the bar will be soft.
    Thank you!

    @Gunther if I get rid of sodium stearate, what do I use to form the bar then? Thank you for your help.
    @ngarayeva001 thank you!

    @Gunther, thank you for your input. However, I just mentioned it was my mistke using wrong word. I’m actually doing syndet bar not soap. But PH level still high as mentioned in previous replied.
    Do you have an suggestion?
    Thank you!

    If not using sodium stearate is there other ways to form a bar that produce low PH?
    Thank you!

    Thank you, maybe I am using a wrong choice of word. I think what I am doing can be called syndet bar. My main sufactant is SCI but I used sodium stearate (12%) to form a bar so with that my PH goes up to 7-8. Please also noted, no other ingredients I used hashigh PH, only sldium starate seem to be a cuased of the problem
    I only used 10% of SCI as this is the bar for facial so I wanted it to be mild. Any suggestion how can I reduce PH even further?
    Thank you!

    Also is there a reason to make sarcoainate primary instead of SCI? I thought SCI is more mild. Thank you.

    @ngarayeva001 thank you so much.
    This formula is in bar form, so I used sodium stearic to form the bar but then PH is too high for facial, around 8-9 without stearic acid (my primary use of stearic acud here us to reduce PH) . If not using stearic acid, how do I reduce PH (lactic acid will make the bar soft.)
    Thank you!

    I’m also trying to search mineral oil Cithrol GTIS from your recommendation. Is it the same with white oil, liquid paraffin? Is there alternative surfactants suggested besides mineral oil?

    Another thing is do I need Butylene Glycol  & Propylene Glycol in my formula? Does it actually help dissolving the makeup as well? And it consider water soluble right?

    Thank you so much

    @ngarayeva001 thank you for you recommendation.

    I see your point. I do have a benchmark product which I really like and don’t like at the same time. What I don’t like about it is how oily it feel after dissolve all the makeup away then rainse it water, very oily, feel like I have to wash my face again.

    So I thought to add natural soap in there (since it is also make from oil) to make it feel like I don’t need to wash my face again with facial foam.

    Any recommendation if it is possible to make emulsion for the above ingredients?

    Thank you again
