Understand with the emulsifier aspect, but it will make the product very thin when adding 5-10% menthol oil. How do we thicken it? What thickener and what proportion?

so using polysorbate alone will not emulsify the cbd into the existing mixture?

wehave run stability tests with the 3:1 poly:cbd and it seems to be a stable mixture as is -
Thanks, how long should the samples be exposed to these stability tests? Should leave in freezer overnight? 24hr? And same with the heated methods?

How would I be able to test if the poly 80 to cbd ratio is stable. I tried a 3:1 ratio and it seems to visually emulsify well, but is there a way to test it or have some more certainty?

Great thoughts and thanks for the comments. Would it still be feasible to solubilize the additional 10% menthol with the polysorbate? Or should it remain consistent with the solubilizer from the base product?

It seems when the polysorbate 20 is added the menthol emulsifies well, but then makes the gel too thin. How should we go about thickening the gel once the menthol is emulsified?
