ozgirl said:Can you add any ethanol to the room spray? This often helps. I use around 10%.If possible try reducing your essential oil blends to 1%. They should still give a great fragrance at this level.
Will adding 10% ethanol make my product flammable and do I need to include flammable pictogram in packaging and CLP?

I only tried to mix PEG-40 with Poly20 and product became thick

Each blend is being used @ 2% so I tried to use 3 times more solubilizer, 5 times more and 10 times more. Same results with products being whitish

Hi
I have premixed essential oils with solubilizers and then added to the water. At the beginning product was clear however it became whitish/white after 24hrs
At the beginning I have tried 3:1 (solubilizer:oil) and then I also tried 5:1 and even 10:1.
Hope this helps -
Thanks. Is any chance to sort it out without adding or removing any of used ingredients?

We use Dermosoft Decalact @ 0.5% as antibacterial agent. its INCI is Sodium Caproyl/Lauroyl Lactylate

I would reduce the level of Glycerine to 1% or increase the level of Betaine to 8%

Can sodium benzoate create a soapy taste? or is it something to do with Polysorbate 20?
-
is it true that Sodium benzoate requires acidic conditions?
pH of the product we make is between 6.0-7.0 -
@johnb we use allantoin @ 0.01%. |It protects the oral mucosa and acts as an anti-irritant. It also promotes the healing of lesions.
@Belassi Cetylpyridinium chloride is an antiseptic which kills bacteria and maintains your oral hygiene. Is widely used in mouthwash because it is very effective in preventing dental plaque and it is also very helpful to reduce gingivitis.
