I am making sanitizer with same WHO guide lines,but my senior asked me to make it gel like,i am trying with this formulation
IPA 99%—75.15%
h2o2 3%

4.17%
Glycerol 98%—-1.45%
H2O

---

19.23%
CARBOPOL 0.5GM
but is not yet succeeded in formulation.
